Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

We understand that plans may change, and we strive to accommodate adjustments when possible. However, due to the preparation involved in each booking, the following policies apply:

Modifications & Cancellations

  • Craft & Image Changes: You may modify your craft selection and images up to 72 hours (3 days) before your appointment.

  • Rescheduling: Reservations may be rescheduled up to 48 hours (2 days) before the appointment to avoid a 20% rescheduling fee of the total craft cost.

  • Cancellations: Reservations may be canceled up to 48 hours (2 days) before the appointment without penalty. Cancellations within 48 hours of the appointment or same-day cancellations will result in a 20% charge of the total craft cost.

  • No-Show & Late Cancellation Fee: If a guest fails to show up or cancels within 48 hours of their appointment, they will be charged 20% of the total craft cost.

Image Submission & Stenciling Policy

  • Guests must submit their tufting design at least 48 hours before their scheduled session. This may depend on when you reserve your reservation. Reservations made within 24 hours must have images uploaded as soon as possible.

  • Once we receive the image, it will be stenciled out within 48 hours of the appointment. After this point, no changes can be made.

  • If a reservation is canceled or a guest does not show up after the stenciling process has begun, they will be charged 20% of the total craft cost.

Same-Day Bookings & Last-Minute Reservations

  • If a guest books a reservation within less than 24 hours of the scheduled session, the same policies apply.

  • Once an image has been submitted and confirmed, no changes can be made.

  • If a cancellation or no-show occurs for a last-minute booking, the guest will be charged 20% of the total craft cost.

Same-Day Cancellations & No-Shows

  • If a guest fails to submit their image and does not respond by the day of their session, their reservation will be automatically canceled.

  • If a guest does not show up within 15 minutes of their scheduled time (or 10 minutes after without prior communication), their session will be considered a no-show and may be canceled.

Additional Terms

  • All sales are final on tufted items. No returns or exchanges.

  • We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone.

  • Canceled reservations within 48 hours or missed reservations will be recorded on your profile.

If you need to reschedule, please notify us at least 48 hours in advance to avoid any fees. Thank you for your understanding and support.

The Outrun Hour will provide a hands-on tutorial for our customers before starting the craft of their choice. We will teach customers how to hold, prep, and use the tufting gun. Customers are expected to pay attention and ask questions during the tutorial. Everybody learns at their own pace but once you feel comfortable, you will be on your own tufting your own personalized rug!

  • Please be aware the tufting is done solely by you, the customer. Therefore, we will not refund, replace or be responsible for any unsatisfied rugs.  Any damages that may be done on our end will be dealt with on a case-by-case basis.

  • Every tufting customer must sign the liability waiver before beginning their project. A link will be provided after a reservation has been secured.

Everyone visiting The Outrun Hour is required to bring an government-issued ID. Due to age restrictions and being a BYOB/mocktail venue.

  • Please be courteous, patient and kind to our staff, other customers, our equipment and our studio. We strive to make your tufting experience one you’ll want to remember.

  • Payment is required upon completion of your project.

  • Trimming the rug and adding backings typically requires 30 minutes until the end of day depending on the amount of reservations for that day. We will strive to have your rug completed by the end of your session after you've completed tufting. You're welcome to return at a later time or day to collect your finished project.

  • Due to alcohol consumption on the premises and safety precautions of our equipment, children under 15-years-of-age will not be allowed. We may make exceptions for venue rentals, birthday parties, among other events.
